Kassiopi is located in the north east of Corfu. With the magnificent backdrop of Mount Pantokrator and hills covered with lush green plantations. Located in the heart of Kassiopi is the Byzantine castle. The harbour with it’s little square, is the focal point of the village.
There is something for everyone here, from the traditional and international cuisine, to both lively and leisurely café’s and bars. You will find shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, car hire, diving centre’s and boat hire. Kassiopi is an ideal base to explore the island of Corfu, with boat hire and excursions readily available. There are also nearby beaches, with Kalamionas and Avlaki for you to walk, relax and swim.
Avlaki has a long beautiful bay with clear sea and just two tavernas. It is a very quiet beach, even during the months of July and August.
With a backdrop of gentle hills, olive groves and an unspoilt rural valley, Agios Stefanos beach is over a mile long and offers both shallow, flashing blue water, safe for children and a broad stretch of golden soft sand.
Acharavi is a modern but also peaceful tourist resort, with many shops and restaurants. It has a long, sandy beach that is equipped with facilities for water sports.
Nestled amongst the picturesque coves of the North East coast of Corfu lies the village of Nissaki. Further round the coast are the blue flag beaches of Kaminaki and Krouzeri.
Kalami Corfu is considered to be one of the most tranquil beauty spots in Corfu. It is a horseshoe-shaped bay, with a rare beauty of the Greek uniqueness of nature.
Kouloura is a small pretty fishing village with a working harbour, where many of the locals moor their boats. At the other end of the bay there is a small beach – ideal for swimming and sunbathing.
Kerasia beach lays on the North East coast with a long pebble beach, a taverna and bar. The beach and surrounding area is a great place to go on walks, with beautiful woodland scenery and areas to explore.
